Guest Room Rate: $60.00 Single (1 person, King Bed) $60.00 Double (2 people, King Bed) $60.00 Twin/Double (2-4 people, w Double Beds).  Rate is exclusive of 11.375% occupancy tax.  Children 18 and under may stay in the same room as their parents or guardians at no charge.  Upgrade to Executive or Poolside Level for only $10.00.

Subject to availability group members may extend their stay up to 2 days prior and 2 days after the official meeting dates, at your special rate by calling our local reservations department, (not available though the 800#) Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm at 505-522-4300.

Reservation Procedures.  Reservations may be made at the above rates until 9/10/2002.  After this, the room block will be released and reservations accepted on availability only.  To make your reservations please call 1-800-HILTONS if you are attempting to make your reservation after the above date call our Reservations Department at (505) 522-4300, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.  Guest must indicate they are with the Navy Nuclear Weapons Association Reunion to receive this special rate.  Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or a prepayment of one night's stay and tax 72 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy:  4 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-In Time:  2 PM        Check-Out Time: Noon

Restaurant:  Ventana Terrace open 6 AM-2 PM and 5 PM-10 PM

Lounge: Las Caras Bar & Grill open 11 AM-2 AM

Location: I-25 Exit off I-10, take the Lohman exit.  Also, directly across from southern New Mexico's largest shopping mall, Mesilla Valley Mall and just minutes away from Historic Old Mesilla.

Airport Transportation:  Complimentary transportation is available between the Hilton Las Cruces and the local airport.  Transportation from the El Paso International Airport is available through the Las Cruces Shuttle Service (800-288-1784).  Car rentals available through Hertz (800-654-3131).

Hotel Parking:  Guests may park their vehicles in our parking lot at no charge.
