My grandfather was RADM Frederick VH Hilles, then CPT Hilles. He was in-charge of the training branch at Sandia. I am trying to hel my mother with a RECA case and I am looking for anyone that knew him. He died in 1969 from thyroid cancer. He witnessed many test.
