The recent passing of GMT1 Chris Varney was on Kitty Hawk in 81.

Is the RIP post #358 for Chris Varney the GMT3 Varney I knew in W Division aboard the Kitty Hawk during '67 - '69? I've seen very few shipmates from '67 - '70 W Div posting here.

I’m looking for Lee P. Duval, who I served with on both NAVMAG Guam (1976-1977) and the USS Constellation, (CV-64, 1977-1979) Luther B. Jones (NWTGP, 1976) and anyone else from those commands on those dates.

I can read the stuff put out on Facebook but have no account. Saw some recent posts about NWS Earle. One of photos said was a building 556 that was the torpedo shop when I left there left in 8/77. Weapons was still at mA-1. Saw Dave Osborne posted he was there in 76 so was I but my mind ain’t right any more

Shipmates be sure to check out the new VA presumptive diseases from Agent Orange for those stationed on Guam. You might be eligible for service connected disability payments? I was on Guam twice..1969-70 and 1976-1979 "GUAM IS GOOD". I was in Da Nang for a short while so I am considered "boots on ground" and have 100% for my aging body. The new Blue Water law is a fiasco...congress set a 12 mile limit so carriers off the coast of Vietnam would be excluded!

Good evening shipmates. Just found your website tonight looking for patches for Nuclear Weapons Loading Teams. Can I buy one of your patches? I was an AO in VA-37 back in the late 70"s. Was on Nuclear Weapons Loading Team. Thank for serving!

Anthony - I was stationed at NV Mag Guam from November 1960 to May of 1962 with the original crew opening up that shop. Got out just before typhoon Karen. Cheers

Stationed at NAVMAG GUAM 1962-63 and have only found and had some contact John Fradd, Sam Yeagley, Ron Lange (now deceased) and Al Skomial (also deceased). Would
enjoy hearing from shipmates that served there during that period. Remember typhoon Karen Nov.11,1962?
